What content types can I trigger inside a workflow?
You can trigger any Userpilot content (flows, banners, spotlights, checklists, surveys, and emails) either by connecting existing content or creating new pieces directly inside the workflow builder.
How does branching logic work?
Workflows supports true/false branching based on almost any condition: previous step completion, user or company properties, events, segments, page visits, content engagement, and survey/NPS responses. Each branch becomes its own path in the journey.
Can I set time delays between steps?
Yes. You can set relative delays (minutes, hours, days, weeks, or sessions) or absolute delays triggered at a specific date and time — perfect for structured onboarding sequences, product launches, or renewal campaigns.
Do I need developers to set up Workflows?
